Caviar Camp brings chefs from the best restaurants around the country, from Atelier Crenn to Lazy Bear, who are part of California Caviar's Vault Program. This group of wine makers and caviar masters did biopsies on sturgeon and tagged them for this year's harvesting.

Stephanie Fels, the founder of Blue Cove, was invited to be a speaker at the Annual Seafood Summit organized by the NY SeaGrant, a program of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
The event was hosted at The Culinary Institute of America in Poughkeepsie NY.
